I am writing from high above Michigan,
USA. I was scared shitless taking off, FUCK THERE IS NO TURNING BACK
from this new life I have chosen. Rod’s parents drove us to the airport
amidst prayers, preaching and tears. We are officially world travellers.
Or at least we will be once we take off on the big one bound for Tokyo
in a few hours. I brought drugs for that one. And just in case
I ever forget:
